Empowering the Next Generation of Real Estate Investors
At W Realty Group, we believe that real estate is the key to building personal wealth—yet it’s often missing from traditional education. Inspired by our own experiences and the journeys of young individuals close to us, we’ve created the W Realty Group – Real Estate Investment Mentorship Program, a transformative, weeklong summer experience for high school and college students.

Program Details
Over the course of one week, 10 selected participants engaged in a dynamic, hands-on learning experience. This is not just a classroom—it’s a real-world exploration of the real estate industry.
- Daily Group Sessions: Each day began with a group discussion led by seasoned real estate professionals. We dived into the core principles of real estate investment and reflected on key lessons from the previous day.
- Professional Interaction: Participants met with a range of experts, including mortgage brokers, real estate attorneys, insurance agents, accountants, contractors, and financial advisors. These professionals provided insights into their specific roles within the real estate investment process.
- Creative Group Project: The week culminated in a collaborative project where participants created short videos to document their experience and share the knowledge they’ve gained.
- Real-World Scenarios: Forget traditional classrooms—participants visited professional offices and active rental properties. They engaged in practical scenarios that require problem-solving and leveraging our network of experts.
